Quest and Lore ship as a pair at one version number, under Opum’s constitution Article 3. This page distills quest-cli’s own CHANGELOG.md release by release; the current pair is 0.11.0, cited with its evidence on the home page.
0.11.0 — 2026-09-27
The first release under constitution Article 3: quest and lore now ship as a pair at one version number, and lore 0.11.0 skips 0.10.0 to meet it. Both are staged and qualified together before either moves to latest.
Added — quest init and quest agents detect the opum-quest Claude and Codex marketplace plugin and report whether it is installed, disabled, or missing, with a remedy. Neither command installs, enables, or updates the plugin on its own.
Changed — a bare quest agents --check (no --target) used to report on AGENTS.md even in a project whose Quest block lives only in CLAUDE.md or GEMINI.md, which read as a false pass. It now refuses and names the target to re-run with instead.
Unchanged — every command this site describes on its home page. Dependency-derived readiness, claiming a task, and completing one with an unresolved acceptance criterion all behave exactly as before — reproduced directly against the published 0.11.0 binary rather than assumed from this changelog.
